Pam and Jonny were all about rock n roll. Their cool, laid back style was a throwback to my music of the 80s and 90s, and their choice of song, "Just What I Needed" by the Cars was a perfect match for this couple. They came to the first lesson pretty nervous but determined to leave with a sweet choreographed routine that would surprise all their guests. I started off with Jonny have a solo to the first iconic bars of the song. Then Pam joined in with her own fly moves, and from what they told me, their guests were screaming with excitement and surprise that this awesome dance came out of this laid back couple. They had a ton of fun doing something that they had never done before - learn choreography and perform it in front of a big audience!
